Familiarize yourself with your real-time KPIs by completing these 3 steps in your FastFund environment:
- Review the Dashboard: Click on Dashboard from the Main Menu. Locate the Pledge Summary box to see your organization’s total unpaid pledge balance.
- Interact with the Visuals: Locate the Donations by Month line graph. Hover your mouse over the dots on the graph to see the specific monthly totals pop up.
- Adjust a Preference: Click on your User Name in the top right corner and select Preferences (under My Account). Locate the Dashboard Preferences section. Change your Appeal/Gift Order from Value to Name, click SAVE, and return to the dashboard to see how the pie charts reorganize themselves.
