Practice streamlining your data entry by building a POE Allocation in your FastFund environment:
- Access the Tool: Navigate to Cost Allocations > POINT OF ENTRY ALLOCATIONS. Click New +.
- Build a Percentage Allocation: Name it “End of Year Split” and set the Type to “Percentage Based”. Select an active Appeal. Add two lines in the grid, selecting two different gifts and assigning 50% to each. Click SAVE.
- Practice Cloning: Open the allocation you just made and click the CLONE button. Observe how the system creates a copy. Open the copy, click the red X next to the grid lines to practice removing them, and then hit DELETE at the top of the screen to remove the clone entirely.
