Ensure your FastFund environment is correctly configured by completing these 3 steps:
- Access Company Setup: Click the Gear Icon in the top right corner of your screen and select Company Setup from the left-hand menu.
- Verify Tax IDs and Address: Review your Company Details and Contact Information. Ensure your Federal Tax ID is entered correctly and that your Primary Address is accurate, as these will print on your donor tax receipts.
- Configure Fiscal Controls: Click the Preferences text link. Verify that your Fiscal Start Month is correct, ensure your Beginning Balance Date is set to the last day of a month, and set your Posting Range to 6 or 12 months to prevent accidental back-dating of donations. Click SAVE.
