Familiarize yourself with the Fund Raising Dashboard metrics by completing these 3 steps in your FastFund environment:
- Check Your Date Preferences: Identify whether your Dashboard is currently displaying Fiscal Year-to-Date or Calendar Year-to-Date data. (Hint: You can verify or change this by clicking your User Name in the top right, selecting Preferences, and reviewing the Fund Raising YTD setting).
- Analyze a Pie Chart: Locate your Appeals Pie Chart. Hover your mouse over the largest slice of the pie to see the exact amount raised. Verify if your chart is displaying the top ten appeals.
- Drill Down to a Report: Click the Directional Arrow Icon located in the upper right corner of the Donations This Year widget. Observe how the system automatically navigates you away from the Dashboard and generates the detailed Fund Summary Report.
