After you have successfully processed payrolls in FastFund, each employee’s paycheck data is permanently recorded and easily accessible directly from their individual profile. FastFund provides two dedicated tabs within the Employee record to view this historical data: the Transactions tab for individual paycheck details and the Summary tab for aggregated year-to-date totals.
The Transactions Tab The Transactions tab provides a detailed historical register of every payroll check issued to the employee.
When you open this tab, you will see a comprehensive Filter area at the top of the screen. Because an employee’s history can span several years, these filters help you narrow down the display to find exactly what you need. You can filter by:
Once you click Filter, the list of paychecks will appear. The net paycheck amounts will display in the Credit column (or the Debit column if a check was reversed).
Drilling Down and Exporting If you need to view the specific earnings and deductions of a historical paycheck, simply click directly on the transaction line. This “drill down” feature will open a new web browser tab displaying the full transaction details, allowing you to toggle back and forth between the employee record and the check details.
If you need to share or manipulate this transaction history, you can click the Export drop-down menu to download the filtered list as a PDF, an Excel file (XLSX), a CSV file, or an HTML document.
The Summary Tab While the Transactions tab shows individual checks, the Summary tab provides the “big picture.”
Click over to the Summary menu item on the employee’s profile to view their aggregated payroll amounts for a selected calendar year. At the top of the screen, you will instantly see their total Gross Pay, Net Pay, Accrued Vacation, and Accrued Sick Time.
Below the top-line totals, the page breaks down the year-to-date data into detailed grids for:
If you need to view the employee’s totals from a previous year, simply click the Year drop-down menu in the upper left corner of the Summary screen and select the desired calendar year.
