Securing your organization’s financial and donor data is a top priority. FastFund Online provides robust database security that isolates your organization’s data while making it easily accessible to your authorized users from any web browser.
In this lesson, we will cover the procedures for signing into your database, creating a secure password, and managing account lockouts.
Your FastFund Online database is accessed through a unique web address (URL) specifically assigned to your organization (for example, https://nonprofit/araizeonline.com). This ensures that your application data remains completely isolated and secure.
To access the system, navigate to your organization’s unique URL and enter your credentials.

Steps to Reset Your Password:
As a security measure against unauthorized access, your user account will be locked if there are too many failed login attempts.
If your account becomes locked, you do not need to wait for an administrator to unlock it. Simply click the Reset Password button at the bottom of the Sign On window and follow the standard password reset steps. Once your password is successfully reset, your account will be unlocked automatically.
