Signing On and Password Management

Securing your financial data begins with understanding the authentication process and maintaining rigorous password standards. This lesson covers how to access the system, the requirements for a secure password, and the procedures for recovering access if you are locked out.

Accessing the System

FastFund Online can be accessed from any computer with an active internet connection. The standard login URL is https://araizeonline.com, and it is recommended that users add this page to their browser’s Favorites or Bookmarks Bar for quick access.

To log in, enter your registered email address and password. If your user profile is associated with more than one organization, a drop-down list will appear after you enter your credentials, allowing you to select the specific company you wish to access. It is important to note that user passwords are not shared across different company data files; you must have valid credentials for each specific entity.

Data Isolation and Security

Your organization is assigned a unique URL on the FastFund data servers, typically following the format https://[your-folder-name]/araizeonline.com. While the software resources are shared among all users, each company’s data remains strictly isolated in its own database. This structure prevents unauthorized access between organizations and allows for simple data restoration from backups if necessary.

Password Requirements and Maintenance

To maintain system integrity, FastFund enforces specific complexity rules for all user passwords. All passwords must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum length of six characters.

• Must contain at least one capital letter.

• Must contain at least one lowercase letter.

• Must contain at least one number.

• Must contain at least one special symbol (e.g., !, ^, #).

Authorized users can change their name, email, and password at any time by navigating to Account Settings under their user name in the top right status bar. All changes to login information are recorded in the Company Audit Log for internal control purposes.

Troubleshooting Access

If you forget your password, use the Reset Password button located at the bottom of the Sign On window. You will be required to enter your login email and answer a Security Question. Instructions for the reset will then be emailed to you.

If your account becomes locked due to too many failed login attempts, you must also use the Reset Password button. Once the password has been successfully reset, your account will be automatically unlocked.

Signing Out

For security, always sign out of FastFund Online when your work session is finished. This is done by clicking the Exit icon (Right Pointing Arrow) located in the Status Bar.
